27 November 2019I would like you all the meet my latest kitchen-related splurge. A ‘smokeless’ indoor grill. OK, so it isn’t totally smokeless, but its much less smokey than frying up a steak in a pan, so that counts right?
OK, so in reality, it is no rival for hot coals outside, but as far as grilling inside goes, it is my preferred method for certain things. I rarely use it for steak because I sous vide (oooo, did someone say another blog?), but for lamb chops, burgers, peri peri chicken…even pineapple! The list goes on, it is fabulous! See exhibit A below, beautifully charred lamb chops that were perfectly pink in the middle. Drool…..
We spied this on an episode of Queer eye (I think) and decided that it was amazing, we then saw it on another show and took it as a sign that we needed to buy one!
